-Trailhead Resources assists individuals navigate the terrain of their chosen path.  Services include emergency shelter, progress-oriented shelter, sober living transitional housing, and supportive housing placement.  Along with these services, Trailhead Resources provides case management, access to behavioral and medical health, adult education, job training and placement.  We also serve as an advocate for people experiencing homelessness and seek to change policies and attitudes regarding these populations.  Trailhead is a grassroots and open collaboration agency.  We seek to provide a whole community approach to addressing the issues surrounding homelessness.
